+Who will be providing my care?

  • Primary Care & Simple Urgent Care services are provided by licensed nurse practitioners.

+Does Ase Telehealth offer a subscription plan?

Yes, through our Manifest Health Care Plans, members have access to multiple services per month for a flat quarterly rate. Plans are available for individual or families. In addition, we offer customized plans for small businesses who want to provide a health incentive for their employees. Learn more

+How do I schedule a visit?

For your convenience, visits are self schedule online under our schedule appointment tab. You may also request an urgent appointment if you do not see an available appointment that works for you.

+How do I access my video visit?

Once you have scheduled your visit you will receive an email & text message with the access link to your video appointment. For your convenience, you are able to use your laptop, computer, tablet or mobile device to complete your visit. All systems used to complete your visits are HIPPA compliant.

+Will I receive notifications about my appointment?

You will receive both email & text message reminders for your appointment.

+How do I cancel my appointment?

Simply complete the cancel appointment request. You may reschedule at any time.

Please also note the cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 24hours from appointment time will receive full refund. Cancellation made less than 24hrs from appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service. There is a 10 minute late grace period extended to all clients, more than 10 minutes late constitutes a No show and will be charged the full amount of the schedule service. It is left to the provider if he or she to determine if the schedule permits the ability to complete any visits which are outside of the 10 minute grace period.
